LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A memorial created to honor homicide victims in Little Rock is being rebuilt after vandals tore down crosses maintained by the Robert ‘Say’ McIntosh Foundation.
The mock cemetery, originally developed by late activist Robert ‘Say’ McIntosh, has been a visual reminder of lives lost to violence for decades. McIntosh, who died in 2023, erected a new cross each time a homicide was reported in the city.
