Jacksonville North Pulaski School Board hears from upset parents on janitor incident

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — The Jacksonville North Pulaski School Board heard from frustrated Bayou Meto Elementary parents Tuesday night, marking the first public meeting since the school’s principal resigned and a former janitor was arrested on second degree sexual assault charges.

Parents lined up at the microphone demanding answers about why the district waited more than a month to notify families about the allegations involving 44-year-old Harold Butchart.
