LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Nearly 100 kids in North Little Rock are in for a festive surprise this Christmas, thanks to the generous efforts of Arkansas celebrities Rebecca Franchione and Officer Tommy Norman.
The duo is spearheading “Alyssa’s Magical Christmas,” an initiative to deliver gifts to local families in honor of Norman’s late daughter, Alyssa.
