Oaklawn Park’s “Ring The Bell” program generated just over $100,000 toward Thoroughbred aftercare during the 2024-2025 meeting, according to Jeanette Milligan, executive director of the Arkansas Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association.
This includes donations from bell ringing, as well as fans who made donations at the track.
