LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Following an investigation into a 2023 double homicide of two North Little Rock teenagers, a Pulaski County jury has convicted 26-year-old Devontea Clay of two counts of Second-Degree Murder.
The case against Clay began in May of 2023, as ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID) looked into the deaths of 19-year-old LaMarion Gilliam of North Little Rock and 16-year-old Sucram O’Donald of Little Rock.
