LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Attorneys for the plaintiffs in a pair of lawsuits filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court say the Arkansas Livestock Show — the group that puts on the Arkansas State Fair and manages the fairgrounds — is avoiding accountability.

The first is the case brought by Rick Edwards, a member of the Arkansas Livestock Show Association Board of Governors. Joan Warren, a former member of the Arkansas Livestock Show Association Board of Governors, brings the second case.
