BENTON, Ark. — For over a month now, protesters have stood outside Tim’s Tavern in Benton after prosecutors made a plea deal and reduced the charges lodged against the owner.
Timothy Steppach, owner of Tim’s Tavern, was initially charged with sexual assault against three underage girls who worked for him.
