Sales tax on food to be eliminated in Arkansas in 2026

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. — New laws in 2026 also come with some reduced costs for people living in the Mid-South. On January 1, Arkansas is doing away with the state’s sales tax on food at 0.125%.
