JACKSONVILLE, Ark. – Today, the Arkansas Department of Transportation announced that later this month, cameras will be installed to detect if drivers use their cellphones or handheld devices in work zones.
It comes at a time when wrecks in work zones across the state have shown a steady decline, but the number is still high.
