The Ward Family’s Journey To Crater Of Diamonds State Park In Arkansas
For the Wards, finding their way to Arkansas started while the family was watching TV. Per KATV, here’s what Elizabeth Ward told the news organization:
“One day we were watching TV, and Austin came and said, ‘Mommy, Mommy, is there any place in Texas or nearby that we can mine for crystals?’”
Austin, the son of James and Elizabeth Ward, was ready to search for something valuable. Elizabeth then turned to none other than Siri to see if there was any place to look for crystals. They found Crater of Diamonds State Park, and it was only six hours away from their location in Texas.
