Arkansas drivers can now add a splash of color to their vehicles with the latest edition of the state’s Conservation License Plate, featuring a painted bunting, a bright summer resident of the state.
Designed by Greta James, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s award-winning art director, the plate depicts the bird among a tallgrass prairie and marks her 10th design for the program.
