VAN BUREN, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — River Valley-based USA Truck will remain in the Natural State, company officials announced on Friday.
USA Truck said in a news release that its Danish parent company, DSV, sold 100% of its shares to a private Arkansas entity, UTAC LLC.
