CAVA, a national, “fast casual” Mediterranean restaurant chain with locations in Fayetteville and Rogers, will open later this year in the old Genghis Grill location in west Little Rock.
Based in Washington, D.C., and founded in 2010 by Greek Americans looking to make Mediterranean warmth and hospitality more accessible, Cava now has more than 400 locations across the U.S.
