LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Tenants at the Pinnacle Rock apartment complex in Little Rock say they’re dealing with a growing problem that they believe management and the city have failed to address: people experiencing homelessness living on the property.
Marquez Miller, who has lived at the complex for about two years, said he was shocked when he began seeing people sleeping just steps from his apartment, including under stairwells.
