Little Rock, Arkansas – Cold temperatures are expected to persist across Arkansas through much of the upcoming week, with rain chances returning by midweek, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock.
In a social media update posted Sunday morning, the National Weather Service said below-normal temperatures will continue statewide before conditions begin to shift later in the week.
