LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Fox is being sued by an attorney whom Fox previously referred to prosecutors for investigation. That attorney, Luther Sutter, says Fox has abused his office to engage in a personal vendetta against him.
In a December order, Fox alleged that Sutter may have committed voter fraud and perjury, as well as other criminal or unethical behavior.
The basis for Fox’s claims was a 2024 deposition Sutter gave in a lawsuit in which Sutter was both attorney and party. Sutter’s opposing counsel in that case complained that he had intimidated her during the deposition…
