LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas State Police (ASP) trooper has now been terminated after he allegedly mistakenly performed a PIT maneuver on the wrong vehicle.
According to reports, on January 18 at about 11:45 a.m., the trooper mistakenly conducted the PIT maneuver while driving down Interstate 630 on an innocent motorist whom the trooper accidentally mistook for a fleeing suspect.
During the incident, the trooper had reportedly seen a white Buick Envista driving at about 92 mph in a 60 mph zone…
