Waste Management gives update for Pulaski County & Little Rock customers

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with Waste Management gave an update to their winter operations plans on Monday.

Officials said services are still being impacted by the winter weather that crossed the state on Saturday and Sunday.

Routes will not be run this Tuesday, Jan. 27, officials said, adding that this applies to all residential recycling customers in Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Sherwood, as well as unincorporated areas of the county for both trash and recycling.

Pickup will take place on the next scheduled pickup day. If the recyclable cart is too full to hold any more, officials said, then the recyclables can be put in a cardboard box next to the bin. Under no circumstances should a plastic bag be used for recyclable waste, they added…
