LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Days after the winter storm, awnings at the Little Rock Yacht Club continue to crumble, unable to support the weight of the snow and ice.
“I heard the noise,” Shelley Lee, a resident of the Yacht Club, said. “I turned to Roy and then boom boom boom there it was going.”
