CABOT, Ark.- For the second time in three weeks, an act of vandalism knocked out internet and telephone services for Optimum customers in Cabot.
The most recent incident happened in the early hours of Thursday morning. Thieves allegedly climbed to the top of a power pole and cut fiber optic lines thinking they contained copper.
