As ‘snirt’ piles up in corners of central Arkansas, one man says winter grime is good for business

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – It’s been more than two weeks since the winter storm took over the state, with some parts picking up 11 inches of sleet.

What was once snow, sleet and ice was pushed to the side of streets and parking lots, and is now piles of grey.
