BRYANT, Ark. — Bryant city leaders are continuing work on a long-term plan designed to guide how the city grows, and they say community input will play a key role in shaping what happens next.
The “Bryant Leap Forward” Comprehensive Plan is a community-driven roadmap focused on managing growth while maintaining quality of life. The plan looks at major issues including infrastructure, housing affordability, development standards, and the potential for a centralized community gathering space.
City officials say the effort comes as Bryant continues to see rapid growth, putting pressure on roads, drainage systems, and utilities.
