Colony South in SW Little Rock Sold for $6.5M

Southwest Little Rock’s Colony South Shopping Center, located at the corner of one of the city’s busiest intersections, has sold.

The 134,055-square-foot retail center, located at the intersection of Geyer Springs and Baseline roads, sold for $6.5 million in a transaction that closed on Feb. 9. The property was acquired by Colony South Shopping Center LLC from the Doyle Rogers Family LP. Todd Rice and Andrew Wiechern of Colliers | Arkansas represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Sage Partners, with Ryan Gibson and Rose Edwards leading the assignment.

Anchored by Kroger, a decades-long tenant at the center, the property is 99 percent occupied with tenants including AT&T, Cricket, H&R Block, Rent-a-Center, Roses and Cato…
