NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The North Little Rock City Council voted this week to approve the sale of the Arkansas Technical School’s property that will now be turned into a parking lot which is set to be free for at least the next two years.
The deal drew attention because of the monetary loss on paper, but North Little Rock Mayor Terry Hartwick says that doesn’t tell the whole story.
