Little Rock native speaks on Puerto Vallarta cartel attacks after explosive hits her hotel

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Puerto Vallarta has been Lacey Olson and her husband Sam’s go-to vacation spot for several years. They arrived to their hotel on the beach on Saturday, a day before the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, Reuben “El Mencho” Cervantes, was killed in a Mexican military operation.

Soon after the operation, members of his cartel attacked local businesses and vehicles in the normally peaceful resort town.
