LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Early Saturday morning, 35-year-old Ricky Manning was shot and killed in front of his home in the community of College Station. His father, also named Ricky, said his family is well-known and well-loved throughout the community. He doesn’t understand why anybody would have attacked his son.
“It’s really boggling as to who would want to do this to him; they had no reason for that,” Manning said. “He worked hard, paid his bills, paid his taxes, did what most red-blooded Americans do.”
