Freeman Health System to acquire 4 hospitals in NW Arkansas

(KODE/KSNF) — Freeman Health System is purchasing four northwest Arkansas hospitals.

The hospital announced today that is entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Northwest Health in Northwest Arkansas.

Northwest Health is a subsidiary of Community Health Systems. Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Northwest Medical Center Willow Creek Women`s Hospital, and Siloam Springs Regional Hospital will now all join Freeman Health System.
