LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Employees with the Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind (ADSB) have been furloughed for over a month.
“I think at the beginning of this furlough, we were originally thinking, ‘Oh, is this going to be about the same, maybe a week or two?” Gustavo Manzanales said. “But here we are, six weeks out.”
