Police pursuit, crash briefly slows Interstate 40 in North Little Rock

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A police pursuit and subsequent crash on Interstate 40 near Burns Park in North Little Rock briefly slowed eastbound traffic near Mile Marker 149.3 on Tuesday.

Arkansas Department of Transportation officials confirmed the incident was a pursuit/crash. Five police vehicles from the Arkansas State Police, Highway Police, and North Little Rock Police kept drivers clear of the rightmost lane while a sedan was loaded onto a wrecker.
