TONTITOWN, Arkansas — Joseph Duggar and his wife, Kendra, are facing eight charges in Arkansas after it came to light this week that he would be charged with molestation for an alleged incident in Florida six years ago.
According to the Tontitown Police Department, they are now charged with:
- Four counts of second-degree false imprisonment
- Four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor
The charges stem from a Tontitown Police Department investigation. No other information on that investigation has been shared, and it’s not clear if they are related to the charges he faces in Florida.
