Entergy looking to help Pine Bluff customers cut costs with program

PINE BLUFF, Ark. —Residents across Arkansas are getting help lowering their energy bills thanks to a program from Entergy Arkansas aimed at improving home efficiency—often at little to no cost.

Energy Efficiency Manager Denise Jeter said the company is working directly in neighborhoods to connect with customers and raise awareness about available services.

“We’re out in the neighborhood talking with our customers about our energy efficiency programs,” Jeter said. “We want them to know how they can lower their energy use and make their bills more affordable.”

The program offers a range of services, including weatherization, duct sealing, air sealing and HVAC treatments. Technicians can also perform blower door tests to identify and seal areas where air may be leaking from a home—helping improve overall efficiency…
