NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The North Little Rock Police Department have arrested 44-year-old Travis Hubbert of North Little Rock for the suspected murder of Ronald Stout.
Officers arrived to the 1400 block of North Magnolia Street, where they discovered 60-year-old Ronald Stout lying inside his residence deceased after suffering at least one gunshot wound.
