HOT SPRINGS, Ark.- Hot Springs’ biking trails have been voted the best in Arkansas for a sixth time.
Joe Jacobs, the founder of Arkansas Outdoors, said the state’s mountain biking community voted the Northwoods/Cedar Glades Trails System as the best in the state.
