LITTLE ROCK, Ark — Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has announced multiple arrests and convictions in connection with Medicaid fraud.
According to reports, on March 27, 2026, Victoria Taylor of North Little Rock was arrested on a Class A felony while working as a personal care aid after she claimed she provided care services to her spouse, billing Medicaid $46,977.05.
All billing for the services was prohibited, as spouses are not permitted to receive payment for providing caregiving services. Additionally, Taylor did not perform all claimed services and reported service time that conflicted with her other employment and known location data…
