JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – The Arkansas State Highway Commission is providing public notice that it intends to create license plate reader rules.
The 30-day or more notice period for receipt of comments began Sunday, April 5, 2026, and ends on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
