LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock police are investigating a crime scene on Interstate 30 near Alexander Friday morning.
The incident happened near the Alexander Exit 126. Police said they found a man with bruises, but they are unsure what happened.
Investigators said they are looking into the victim possibly being hit by a car, but it is still unknown.
