New rules may be coming to England High School athletics following brawl

ENGLAND, Ark. – New rules for student-athletes and fans at England High School may be coming at the start of the 2026-27 school year following the stands-clearing brawl that took place in March.

England School District Superintendent Dr. Judy Hubbell said that England High has a long history of toxic behavior, and it’s her top priority to turn that around.

“As superintendent of this district, it’s my number one goal to get that under control”, said Dr. Hubbell.
