True crime fans in Arkansas will have a chance to step inside real investigations soon at a special event hosted by the Garland County Library.
“Crime Time: An Exploration of Crime in Arkansas” is set for Saturday, April 18, offering an afternoon of expert insight into how cases are investigated, reported and, ultimately, solved. The free event will bring together authors, investigators and forensic experts from across the state to discuss notable cases and the ongoing pursuit of justice for victims and their families.
The event begins at noon with a social hour and meet-and-greet, followed by a 1 p.m. Lunch and Learn featuring author Bitty Martin, journalist Sarah Russell and private investigator Jackie Dorrell.
