LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — In the aftermath of a road rage situation where shots were fired along an Arkansas interstate, local experts are now urging Arkansans to stay calm on the roadways.
Arkansas State Police (ASP) said shots were fired on Monday morning near the North Hills Boulevard exit on I-40 in an apparent road rage incident.
