It may not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about automotive safety, but a nationwide lack of parking spaces for long-haul trucks creates a risk for both truckers and everyday drivers. Fortunately, a company dedicated to fixing the conundrum has made major inroads in keeping Arkansas roads safe for all involved.
Chattanooga-based Truck Parking Club announced Thursday that it has surpassed 5,000 reservable truck-parking areas throughout the United States. Closer to home, a whopping 87 locations are available in Arkansas for truck-and-trailer operators to reserve for safe parking through the company’s website or mobile app.
