LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Visitors at Haven of Rest Cemetery in Little Rock said the site is marked by trash, broken items, and signs that people may be living among the headstones.
“This is a place where we should come to celebrate our families’ lives,” said Erika Whitfield. “We should come with pride, not with pain.”
