There are new details in the deadly hit-and-run in Pulaski County that killed a mother and her two young children Sunday evening.
Tuesday afternoon, Arkansas State Police arrested 33-year-old Victor Napoleon Reyes and charged him with 3 counts of negligent homicide. He has since plead not guilty to all 3 counts. Channel 7 News is asking whether Reyes and is in the United States illegally after an ICE hold was placed on him.
Channel 7 News first asked Immigration and Customs Enforcement what an “ICE hold” meant. According to an email from ICE’s Public Affairs Officer, Angelina Vicknair, “if there’s a hold, it’s because he’s an illegal alien. ICE wouldn’t arrest until they are finished the process with the state.”…
