LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A new exhibit highlighting Black Arkansans who have contributed both locally and nationally to history will soon open at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.
The exhibition, Arkansas Black Voices: Shaping a Nation at 250, will open to the public Thursday, May 28, through Saturday, Aug. 29.
R&B artists Lloyd and Keri Hilson to be featured at Mosaic Templars Juneteenth event
It will feature personal histories, artifacts, photographs and stories about African American achievements across the state, highlighting many of those inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.
The Mosaic Templars Cultural Center is also honoring sculptor Isaac Scott Hathaway as its Artist of the Year, whose work will be featured throughout the exhibition.
