DENVER (KDVR) — Arvada police say they found a 37-year-old driver after multiple people called 911 for a reported child in distress in his vehicle.
According to the Arvada Police Department, multiple callers reported seeing a child in distress, described as female, 10-13 years old, with shoulder-length tangled dark blonde or brown hair.

The callers were able to help police identify the vehicle and driver, and shortly before 2:30 p.m., Arvada police said on X that they had been found.
Police told FOX31’s Vicente Arenas they questioned the male driver; however, by Thursday afternoon police determined the incident did not involve a missing or abducted child.
At this point, it’s unclear if a child was ever involved. Arvada police said the investigation is ongoing.
