Man hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after shooting in Aurora

DENVER (KDVR) — A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Aurora.

The Aurora Police Department said the shooting happened at a shopping center near the northeast corner of the intersection of Mississippi Avenue and Peoria Street just before 8 p.m. Saturday.

A 21-year-old man was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot.

Police said he was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
