FBI, Denver police seek Halloween bank robbery suspect

DENVER ( KDVR ) — Denver police and the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force are looking for a Halloween bank robbery suspect.

According to police, on Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m., the PNC Bank, located at 777 South Monaco St. was robbed. The bank is in the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood, west of the Fairmount Funeral Home, Cemetery and Crematory.

Police said the female suspect presented a demand note and obtained money from the teller before fleeing.

The Metro Denver Crime Stoppers released clear photos of the person they are looking for.

The suspect is described as:

  • Female
  • 5 feet, 4 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall
  • Thin build

She was last seen wearing:

  • A light green hat
  • Pink framed sunglasses
  • Possibly a long red/black wig
  • Maroon leggings
  • Black Ugg-style boots

Anyone who may recognize this woman or has information on the robbery is asked to call the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and be eligible for a $2,000 cash reward.
