DENVER ( KDVR ) — Police said a driver is facing felony menacing charges after a driver allegedly threatened another motorist with a gun on Interstate 70.
Arvada man says he narrowly escaped road rage incident
On Wednesday, the Lakewood Police Department posted on X about the incident, where police arrested the driver in Lakewood after they allegedly menaced another motorist on the popular roadway. The department also posted a picture of the gun the driver allegedly used.
“As a reminder, it’s best not to road rage on your fellow drivers. It’s just not worth it,” the Lakewood Police Department posted on X.
This is one of the recent road rage incidents in the metro area.
On Feb. 26, a driver was arrested and faces charges after he allegedly pulled a gun on another driver while his child was in his car. The victims told deputies another driver pointed a gun at them while they were both exiting C-470 onto University Boulevard.
