ARVADA, Colo. — A man charged in the death of another man whose body was found at an Arvada bus stop in 2023 pleaded guilty on Monday.
Michaelee Britt pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and third-degree assault in the death of Salvador Vasquez, court records show. He was granted a deferred sentence for the criminally negligent homicide charge and sentenced to two years of probation for the assault charge. That means if he successfully completes the probation, he won’t serve time behind bars; if he fails to do so he faces two years in prison.
