Denver police search for suspect in DIA baggage thefts

DENVER ( KDVR ) — Denver police are looking for a man allegedly involved in bag thefts from the Denver International Airport.

According to a post from the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, police are investigating two cases of baggage thefts from the airport. One instance occurred on Feb. 16 at 12:04 p.m., and the second on Feb. 26 at 12 p.m.

Westminster police search for napping burglar

Police said the suspect is described as a man in his 30s, approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall and with a medium build.

Photos released of the suspect show him heading down an airport escalator with a bright pink suitcase.
