DENVER ( KDVR ) — The Mile High City will once again be home to one of the largest 420 celebrations in the world this April, but attendees will now have to pay a price to join.
The Mile High 420 Festival takes place at Civic Center Park in Denver each year, attracting hundreds of people to the heart of the city to celebrate the legalization of marijuana in Colorado.

The event is limited to those 21 years and older and was previously free, with attendees registering for cost-free tickets online. However this year, for the first time, attendees will have to purchase a ticket.
